We process data solely for the purpose of generating email drafts. This includes:

• Email Context: When you click "Draft Response," the extension temporarily reads the text of the email thread you are viewing.
• Business Knowledge: We store the business rules, pricing, and policies you manually upload to your Knowledge Base.
• Account Info: Your email address and subscription status (via Supabase and Stripe).

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data strictly to provide the service:

• To generate relevant email replies using Artificial Intelligence.
• To manage your subscription and login session.
• We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information to others.

4. Data Retention & Security

We do not store your email conversations.

When you generate a reply, the email text is sent to our secure server, processed by the AI model, and immediately discarded after the response is returned to you. We do not use your email data to train our AI models.

5. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party providers to operate our service:

• Supabase: For secure user authentication, database hosting, and backend processing (to securely route your requests).
• Stripe: For payment processing (we do not see or store your credit card details).
• OpenAI (API): We use the OpenAI API to generate the email text. Data sent via the API is not used to train OpenAI's models and is retained only temporarily for abuse monitoring.
