By installing and using the Business Memory Chrome Extension ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please uninstall the extension immediately.

2. Description of Service

Business Memory provides an AI-powered email drafting tool. The Service reads email context from your active browser tab and uses your uploaded business rules ("Knowledge Base") to generate suggested replies.

3. AI Disclaimer (Important)

The Service uses Artificial Intelligence to generate text. You acknowledge that AI can make mistakes.

• The Service generates drafts only. It does not send emails automatically.
• You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying the accuracy of any text generated by the Service before sending it.
• We are not liable for any damages, loss of business, or misunderstandings resulting from the content of your emails.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Some features of the Service require a paid subscription ("Pro Plan").

• Payment: Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your credit card information.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via the "Manage Subscription" button in the extension. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate spam, fraudulent, or harassing emails.
• Process sensitive personal data (e.g., medical records, financial account numbers) that is not necessary for the business context.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to copy the extension's source code.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Business Memory shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting the new terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
